Accessibility
Financial is designed to help people understand and manage their money with clarity, independence, and confidence. Accessibility is part of how we design the app and this websiteβnot a final checklist.
Last reviewed:
We consider accessibility from early design through implementation and review. We use platform conventions, semantic structure, adaptable layouts, and clear language, then keep improving as Financial grows.
We use recognized accessibility guidance and Apple platform conventions as references. Real experiences and feedback from people using assistive technologies remain an essential part of our work.
These principles guide accessibility work across Financial and this website.
Meaningful labels, logical reading order, and understandable values and actions for non-visual navigation.
Interfaces that adapt to larger text and different screen sizes without hiding essential information.
Readable contrast and information that does not rely on color alone to communicate meaning.
Predictable controls, visible keyboard focus, generous targets, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
Accessibility is ongoing. Financial and this website are updated frequently, and some areas may not yet offer the same experience with every assistive technology. Third-party services, including some bank authentication flows, are partly outside our direct control.
We do not currently claim full conformance with a specific accessibility standard. If you encounter a barrier, we want to hear about it so we can understand and prioritize the issue.
Email us if something in Financial or on this website is difficult or impossible to use. We also welcome requests for information in an alternative format.
